i'm at my nenek's house now...totally bored and sleepy. let's see...what happened so far this week...hmm...
went out a lot. oh there was e sleepover at caroline's house on sat...that was fun as usual. a lot of bitching and stuff. loved it. haha. watched some movies. i think i fell asleep at some points cos i was so tired. went to rayaan's bday party before dat laaa.
aniwaes yest went to watch a midnight movie with theo at cine...it's called lilya 4ever. russian movie...not really much of a plot la...maybe just to open our eyes to the lives of the impoverished. anyway it's m18...rape scenes, suicide, sex, violence, blah blah blah.
yep after that we went to chinablack. it's actually a pretty cool place. quite liked e atmosphere...minus e smoke. haha. actually we were pretty clueless...then this girl just came up to us and asked us to follow her. so nice la. turned out it was her bday and she juz added us to her guest list cos we looked so lost. her name was nikki i think...pretty friendly la. haha lucky we bumped into her. music was banging. haha. no techno, thank god. remixes of hip hop and RnB mostly...lots of pple dancing too. liked e layout of e place. if anyone wants to go clubbing ask me along aight. think i'll be quite into it. as long as it's not some sleazy place. haha.
i'm still looking for a job now...and still not finding any. my nenek's fren is gonna hook me up with a job at macs...last resort. apparently they pay more if you work e midnight shift or something. whatever...something to occupy my sleepless nights. haha. aniwaes it's juz part time till i get a job next yr...which shld be easier w/o all e o level pple about.
can't believe it's only 4 la. feels like it's already 7 or something. sheesh that's how bored i am. sighhh. i shall go watch some dvd now or something...at least 2 hours will pass by faster. heh. toodles.

watched king kong yesterday. man oh man...it turned out to be 3 hours! shouldn't have expected less than 2.5 hours from peter jackson. haha. thought it would be 1hr plus or at most 2 hours...but an hour rolled by, and king kong still hadn't appeared. e beginning was kinda slow la...almost fell asleep at some parts. but e rest of e movie was pretty awesome. lots of action. if i say anything else, i'll prob reveal the plot so i'll stop here. aniwaes i didn't really like the ending...my fav character died. sigh.
today was pretty uneventful...went to tamp with my mom, bro and maid...picked up my jeans while they bought T-shirts from bossini...cos there was a sale. then i bought a skirt. yes, i willingly bought a skirt. hahaha. don be so shocked...if i don start now, i'll never wear any. haha. then ate indian rojak at s11. yummy. i love e indian rojak there. it's as usual, delish.
finally tmrw's e sleepover. thought it would never come. tmrw's gonna be a jam packed day. going to geylang first, then to a party, then to a sleepover...dunno what time i'm gonna get to caroline's house at this rate. haha. parties i attend never end early...i guess i'll just have to leave earlier. boo.
i watched BIGGEST LOSER juz now. and YES! e stupid bitch i don like is out. she's so irritating, always whining and complaining. wahaha. i'm glad she's gone. yay. there's like nothing nice to watch now...cable, you have failed me! haha. oh wait there's FRIENDS! hooray. haha joey is funny la...

oh yay! i now have more prom pics and enough to make an entry! haha. i know a bit (ok a lot) late. ok so...we got a hotel room at excelsior hotel and we totally think e hotel is haunted. haha.
my two favourite girls, juling and tracy in the hotel room. can you the evil glint in their eyes? they're about to style my hair. haha.
our prom outfits in the closet.the first one's tracy...then juling's...then mine...then ra's. nice. haha.
the two guys who were there. stoning as per usual. delon looks horrified...he must have sensed the evil behind our smiles and what we were gonna do to him. *evil laugh*
and the budding hairstylists made quick work of my hair, curling it nicely. and while waiting for it to set, we played cards.....
and while waiting.....
his sixth sense was right! but that didn't stop us from curling his eyelashes. wakaka. sadly, i don think juling and tracy will be furthering their careers as hairstylists/beauticians. haha. when we took out the rollers, my hair looked like i kena electrocuted or something.
buuuutttttt.... my hair was saved by juling creativity and it turned out pretty good! check it out.
anyways we tried the same thing with tracy and juling. tracy's hair, in her own words, was like lion king. haha. juling's rollers dropped out when she took a shower. haha.
after spending the rest of the time getting ready, me, juling and tracy took a taxi to fullerton. it was majestic. the ballroom was nicely decorated and the lighting was all dim and cool. haha.
look at us pretty girls. and no, i won't give out any of their phone numbers. hahahaha.
i've been told we look alike. i didn't know anyone could be as cute as me. wakaka. love you shuuu!!

of course we had to take pictures with the teachers. us with ms. kalidas who looked fab that night.
took with mr. wee too...he didn't dress up la. wasted...
mrs. chua!!! i love you! haha i really miss mrs. chua la.
and finally, mr. chen and his funny tie. i think it's e tasmanian devil, right? can't really see. haha. can't believe i used to dislike him cos of the pw thing...he was being an idiot. but actually, after all those consultations and lectures, i think he's pretty cool la. super funny. haha. gonna miss him and his jokes too.
oh oh! they had this nice star balloons. but there weren't many of them. like maybe one or two at each table which sucked cos so many of us wanted them. aniwaes there was this one up at the ceiling and none of us could reach it. and i really wanted it (I SAW IT FIRST, SUHAILA!) but su went and asked nicholas to get it. that's him below by the way. and he got it for her which was so unfair. but aniwaes su got me another one. haha. love you suuu!! see that's the balloon in the corner! haha. i dunno why i included this little random bit. maybe cos e balloon is still floating around my room. whee~
haha yay we both have star balloons!!! *smile*
was awesome fun. good company, good food (sort of), good fun. i love my class. a301 really does rock.
of course we had fun after prom at the hotel room. good, clean fun of course. played cards and play lots of games. suddenly reminded of sleepover this sat. yay. can't wait. wahaha. i'll go watch bewitched now. i love this show.

i watched tiramisu today. and my heart almost stopped when i saw alex polstra. he is sooo cute. and his acting skills are amazing...he was so sad. and he even made me cry. he was so sincere...that i wished he was telling me he wanted to be with me. he was so sweet and juz...sigh. i couldn't find a new picture of him. cos seriously he wasn't this cute when he was on extreme gourmet. but now..he's sooo dreamy.
i just smiled sooo much when he was on screen. and i sighed so much. god i sound crazy. haha. *swoons* i wanna marry him...i have a rival tho. ra, he's mine! hahahaha.

what's with me this week? i'm like swooning over all sorts of guys. till e point i've added two people to my I-Want-to-Marry List. basically, takuya kimura, orlando bloom...and now mr. darcy and alex polstra too! sigh...haha i'm nuts. not my fault i'm exposed to all these hot guys in the span of two days...*brain hurts* hahaha.

i watched PRIDE AND PREJUDICE just now with my mommy. oh my god. i am so in love with mr. darcy. i swear i forgot to breathe everytime he came on screen. i loved mr. darcy on e tv series of pride and prejudice (played by colin firth by the way. gawd he was hot.) i can't decide between the two!! i love e whole cold demeanour, gentleman thing with mr. darcy. haha. that's him! matthew macfadyen. but he looked way hotter as mr. darcy. *swoons*
when he confessed his feelings, i was lyke wishing it was me he was talking to. but noooo, i'm not elizabeth bennett. just thinking about it bring a smile to my face. ahhh. *giggles in girlish delight*
ok i must stop with the sighing and the ooh-ing and aah-ing. but seriously i don mind watching it again. i am sooo gonna buy the dvd. *sigh*
i watched mohabattein yesterday. it was being shown on central. i love that movie...it's sad and shah rukh khan makes me cry as usual. he said this one thing which stuck in my mind. it's cheesy but shah rukh khan said it...so it sounded romantic and sweet. haha.
he said this: love is just like life, it's not always easy, and it doesn't always bring happiness. but when we do not stop living, why should we stop loving?
it's true, isn't it? that really brought tears to my eyes. cos shah rukh khan has a way of making me cry when he cries or when he says something sad. *sigh*
i just realised my entire entry has been about guys. i blame this on mr. darcy and his ability to make me melt. haha i shall stop now before my face breaks from smiling too much.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY ANUSHA!! haha wow you're finally 18. woohoo.
treated anu and dee to swensens for lunch. and wow yummy food. and yummy ice cream...but i felt like my stomach was gonna burst. blegh. tried the apple crumble...it's really nice...but we were wayyy too full! ooh bumped into liza and shakir twice. haha. after that anu had to go off...celebrating bday with family. and so me and dee went to orchard in search of new slippers. went to heeren, but nothing there...then to metro at paragon. everything was too expensive...so nothing there. then went to far east. oh and bumped into delon and friends on the way. haha. 2nd classmate of the day. but nothing at far east caught my eye.
sooo we went to the huge bata at city hall. and bumped into caroline and friends. and caroline screamed out my name. gave me a heart attack. sheesh. haha. it's really funny how it's only after school ends that i bump into my classmates. i mean in e 2 years we've known each other, i've never NEVER bumped into any of my classmates in town.
and yes we finally found my nice slippers! there it is! in e pic it doesn't look that nice tho. haha. yes thank you dee for helping me. i am eternally grateful. haha.
wow my feet are killing me. shopping makes one stoned. but somehow i'm starting to like shopping more now. it's not so bad. haha. i STILL haven gotten ANY prom pics by the way! hmph. no fair.

sleepover at ra's house about 24 hours ago! it was on wednesday...and held specially for haur shen who's prob getting his head shaved in tekong by now. bye haur shen take care. =)
aniwaes it was SUPPOSED to be a class sleepover. but in the end only 5 of us were there. me, ra, caroline, delon and haur shen. haha. but still it was fun. picture of me, ra and caroline below.
we watched my best friend's wedding. i love dat show. so sweet. and then played card games. and watched soccer. man u vs benifica...what a disappointing match. as a fan i was really torn up inside that man u's out of the champions league. sigh.
haur shen treated us to mcdonalds...cos that was the only place 24 hours and delivered. so nice right...haha. and delon's supposed to treat us to haegan daez.
we had a pillow fight. kinda short and we couldn't really make a lot of noise...so it wasn't that fun. just tiring. haha. caroline kept complaining that haur shen nv defended her (haur shen and her on one team, me and delon on the other...ra was watching soccer.) and it was so funny.
aniwaes ra and caroline kinda comatose-ed after that...so only me delon and haur shen were up. they played 2person bridge and i watched for a while...until all of us got bored. delon started putting cards in the spaces between caroline's toes. and she never woke up. so me and delon started putting more cards in the space between her big toe and her second toe...until more than a deck was stuffed there. and STILL she didn't wake up! haha it was hilarious. we were all laughing like mad la. and haur shen, you can't deny you weren't involved...cos YOU were the one handing us more cards. haha. final evaluation...caroline is a rock when she sleeps.
i think it was around 7 or 8 that i actually closed my eyes for a few minutes of sleep. haha. watched powerpuff girls in the morning, played cards with the guys. then ra had to go off cos she was meeting her tennis pple. the rest of us were supposed to go for breakfast. went to airport. and in e end, delon treated us to ice cream, like he promised! surprising! it was at swensens tho...and only me and caroline ate. haha. we had a bitching session until we had to leave cos i had to meet anu and caroline had to meet tracy.
yep it was fun la. i love my friends. oh me and anu went to play pool at orchard. but anu din know how to play and i was half falling asleep so we just gave up. and took a cab back to tamp...to get FREE starbucks drink. yummy. then went home and got some much needed sleep. ahh. oh oh oh!!! THANK YOU ANU!! I LOVE YOU I LOVE YOU I LOVE YOU! anu bought me the blink-182 greatest hits cd WITH the dvd. special limited edition!! it rocks!!

ok so prom was on sunday. and sadly, i still don have ANY pics from that night...cos i don haf a camera. boooo. and none of my friends have uploaded the pics yet. so i shall blog about prom when i haf pics to go along with my entry. haha. but just had to say...prom was wicked cool. e host was funny and everyone looked awesome. whee love dressing up sometimes. haha.
ok today i met up with theo, fariza, oscar and ama! so fun. we took some pictures...but fariza hasn't uploaded them yet. oh wait! i see one on her blog. lemme post it up here. theo and fariza's face is kinda cut off. haha dammit. and oscar's looking kinda shocked. wonder why.
haha. aniwaes we went to seoul garden. it was fun sitting around for a few hours just frying stuff and hanging out with my friends. later on we went to the arcade. then went to watch saw 2. wow that was an awesome movie. i loved the storyline...and all the twists in the movie. it was a kickass show...a MUST watch. heh.
ama had to leave after that...but the rest of us hung out in kfc after that just talking and talking...about the weirdest things la. haha. we're going to east coast park tmrw! fly kite, play pool, go bowling...whatever. haha. how exciting.
oooh oooh i dyed and highlighted my hair. can you see in the picture above? i think my hair is so nice. i love it. e woman did a fantastic job. ooh a pic below which i took right after going to the hairdresser's. and it took more than 5 hours!! reallyreally long time man. but it was worth it. i now have cool funky hair (not that i didn't have cool funky hair before. heh.) i dunno why i look so sad here though. i think i was just tired. haha.
ok i wanna go watch a dvd or something now. toodles.
