we reached the indoor stadium at 5plus. a pretty long line there already. maybe abt half an hour later, it started moving and me and my fren happened to be coming back from the toilet. so we juz slipped into the queue. hahaha. ok so we were slowly being let in for the next hour or so. finally made it inside at 730.

waited for another hour for everyone to file in and finally...the first track off their latest album started playing. it's an instrumental piece...with some japanese woman singing to it.
and finally they came out. screaming like mad, along with everyone else. it was an amazing atmosphere. oh by the way, i started out somewhere in the 10th or so row and somehow because everyone behind was pushing i kept going forward. not that i minded much. haha.

oh my god. joel madden is so cute. and i swear we made eye contact twice!! haha. i couldn't help but smile when he did that cos he was smiling too. ahh! he sings live well anyways...he could reach the high notes of 'we believe'. and his brother too. haha he's so funny...cos at one point he started singing...

"We believe, we believe, we believe, in Singapore" and we all juz jumped and screamed.

and another time, he was being lame. i couldn't really hear much cos my everything sounded muffled. guess it was from the loud music and everyone screaming into my ear. haha. he said something like...

"We're thinking of moving to Singapore. (scream) And since we're moving here, I guess I'm going to be looking for a wife. (scream) And since you'll be my wife, we'll be sharing a bed. (scream) And since we're sharing a bed, we might as well have sex! (loud loud loud scream)."

haha something like that. then joel was really cute. he said "forgive my brother, he's an idiot". aww.

the crowd was DAMN rowdy la. pushing and shoving, stepping on toes, stepping on people. sheesh. and i was juz carried along with the crowd. oh there was this one mat who was such an asshole. i'm being pushed forward and so i'm being pushed into him. and he can elbow me REPEATEDLY that stupid bugger. i was so lyke what the fuck am i s'posed to do sia...it's not lyke i can make everyone stop. so i elbowed him back la. haha.

i ended up in the 2nd row somewhere during the concert by the way. i have no idea how that happened. haha. and everyone was packed so tightly together that if one person jumped, the others would jump cos if you didn't you'd create sparks or something...cos you're rubbing against each other. ok that juz sounds wrong. but it's true la. my clothes were wet from sweat after that...and some of it wasn't even mine.

at one point i got tired of jumping and being pushed and being squashed...and i happened to be standing behind these two guys...and i just put my chin on one guy and my elbow on another guy. hahaha. not like they noticed anyway. one girl had her arm on my arm...and everyone was really just supporting themselves against each other. at one point, i was practically holding some guy's hand cos we were just too close too each other and we had our arms raised.

oh my god then there was this one point where suddenly EVERYONE started pushing towards one point and that was THE moment i saw JOEL MADDEN leaning over the barrier. he was soooo close!!!! and everyone was just grabbing at him...and...

I TOUCHED HIM!!! I TOUCHED JOEL MADDEN!

i touched his arm. haha. highlight of the concert. woohoo.

and oh my god, they threw their towels, guitar picks, water bottles, score sheets, everything la. but dammit i never got anything. but it was oh so cool. i still can't believe i actually saw them perform LIVE. i actually saw them performing right in front of me...oh wow.

i'm still on cloud nine. whoa. good charlotte rocks balls.

and they sang all my favourite songs. like "hold on", "bloody valentine" and some new songs. oh man i love them.

it would be a dream come true if blink 182 were to come la. but i guess that would never happen. all i can do now is to stare at the poster on my wall. haha. good thing it's right above my gc poster...i can stare at both bands! haha. ok i'm juz being nonsensical now.

ah it's a saturday. i'm bored so here i am again.

some pple from kelantan are coming today. i dun really know how i'm related to them...i think my grandma's long time friend or maybe we're related by blood. whatever la. haha. well i'm stuck at home because of it...but at least the cute son is coming. haha.

ah well got back some marks. so disappointed with gp. i did so badly. dammit. and econs...wow i dunno what to say la. haven gotten back e essays but after the teachers went thru all e questions...i think...no hope la. ok e marks dun piss me off as much as what our "dearest" econs tutor said to us. as juling said she was talking to us in such a condescending tone. it was unbelievable la. i have nv seen or heard of a teacher like her. it was as if she put herself on a higher pedestal than us and talked down to us...saying she was gonna give up on trying to help us with a higher level essay...and that it's enough if we juz got 15/25 for essay. i mean hello? rub it in that our econs sucks will you?

and to think i heard she was in the running for HOD of econs. gosh. standard will fall so much. ya i can juz imagine it now. her saying the econs cohort...forget it. jus concentrate on your theory. don't bother with evaluation or any fancy stuff. it's enough for you to just pass. i juz can't spare anymore time teaching you all that.

ok fine whatever if she wants to be like that. thank god there are other econs teachers in this school. sheesh. wait la...when i get my A for econs, i'll shove my results in her face and make it clear that it's no thanks to her and her "15/25 is all i'm asking for" mentality.

enough about that. on a brighter note...

i CANNOT wait for the good charlotte concert! i feel lyke going there right now and queueing up and camping there for the next 3 days. hahaha. the excitement is killing me. this is like...a once in a lifetime opportunity la. a night of adrenaline rushing, blood pumping, head banging, crowd surfing wholesome fun. hahahaha.

i shall be watchin FANTASTIC FOUR soon. woooooo. jessica alba is so hot la. haha ya i'm watching it juz for her...but i bet it'll be a good movie aniwaes. it's lyke a trend...comic books being turned into movies. soO many. spider-man, hulk, hellboy, initial d, etc.

oh well. i think i shall go look for guitar tabs to pass the time la. ta~
