almost a wk since i laz blogged. guess i was too lazy. too busy wif hari raya stuff. dunno lah.
aniwaes. 1st day of hari raya is officially over in half an hour. and e 2nd day will start soon. haha. today was great. i actually enjoyed myself. maybe cos not everyone was here at once. so it wasn't too crowded. din get a headache at least. lol. at least until e kids came lah. haha.
e nite before slept ard 4? cos we were making begedil. man potato after potato. haha. but nvm it was pretty fun peeling potatoes. s'posed to go to geylang ard 1am but decided not to since we hadn't finished e preparations.
aniwaes. in e morning...went to my aunty's houz. visit nenek. all dat. ameera looked sooo cute lah. in her baju kurung. took pics wif her. shall put dem up wen i haf uploaded dem. ahhhh so cute i tell you. haha.
den went back to my houz. lin was already dere wif her family. brought her fiance. ehwan i tink his name. nv tok to him. but he seems pretty ok. haha. den e rez started coming.
talked wif my cuzs a bit. those ard my age lah. ami's so fricking tall lah. haha. related his ns days to us. haha. quite funny. apparently u hafta to go sing baa baa black sheep in one corner reallyreally loudly. punishment. haha.
e baju dis year pretty nice. rozie's was dis green one. and lin maroon. and both had e satin/silk/cloth piece attached to it. dey looked very pretty. haha. me...dun even talk about lah. it's wow enough i was actually wearing a baju kurung. wif all e extra sparkles and shiny stuff added...no thanks ar. haha.
i guess e great ting abt having a hugeeee extended family is dat everyone chips in. it was lyke pot luck. everyone brought something. chicken, satay ting, sambal prawn, sayur lodeh, lontong, begedil, sambal goreng, etc. everything was yummy.
and of course cannot forget e jawa songs. hahahahahah. dat was damn funny lah. kept playing and playing. we were lyke...when is it ever gonna end??!!!
played worms. wif ami n my little bro. man. both cannot make it lah. haha. but it was fun. dey all left ard 7 i guess. den some other guests came. din noe who sum of e guests were. haha but dey seemed to noe me. so i juz smilesmile and nod my head. haha.
dunno wat else to say lah. tmrw's another day of raya-ing. visiting, being visited, etc.
my week's been packed.
wed. school obviously. day of submission for gpf. hectic day man. whole day skip claz cos we had to finish it. op was postponed again cos jules still not feeling well. but aniwaes gpf was done. i did reflections for my grp. damn funny. shld haf saved a copy. damn. haha.
thur. deepavali. invited delon, jules, ra, caro, sean, tracy, ameera to my houz for fun. only delon, ra and jules turned up. haha. played charades...e usual lah. fun. but i was sick. so felt a bit subdued i guess.
fri. school again. skipped one lecture. accidentally k. thot it started at 10.25. haha actually dat was e time it ended. haha aniwaes e rez also skipped. played cards...bridge. den went for lit, geog...played some more bridge. went home and slept. ahh sleep is good when ur sick.
sat. made brownies. followed e recipe properly...and it turned out e way it was s'posed to! yessa! dat reminds me. everyone loved my brownies and cookies. haha shld consider opening a business so i can make money. pple can order from me. cookies especially. they're my specialty. let's see...one bottle...$10?? dat's reasonable rite? haha. shall bring some on wed for frens. so aniwaes on sat did e rez of e hari raya stuff too.
oh wells. shall go sleep or watch tv or sumthin. toodles.
